The company was established in 1989 to provide state-of-the-art IT solutions for banks and other financial institutions. By implementing our key philosophy, ‘your business comes first,’ AIS built long partnerships with major banks, which led to in-depth knowledge of the banking landscape and the development of the AIS family of finance software products.

In 2000, the company expanded its activities to include project management consulting services and software, as well as establishing a representative office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 2007.
